Morgan Hale is a dedicated educator and former nonprofit executive with a strong background in teaching, leadership, and community engagement. Currently serving as an elementary teacher at Southwest Public Schools, Mr. Hale has taken on multiple leadership roles, including once serving as department and content lead, teacher mentor, and advisor to the National Elementary Honor Society. He has also served on the Teacher Incentive Allotment Committee and a Teacher Leader Cohort candidate.
Recognized as both Campus and District Teacher of the Year for the 2024 school year, Mr. Hale is committed to fostering academic excellence and cultivating a supportive learning environment.
Prior to transitioning into education, Mr. Hale spent several years in senior leadership roles at the YMCA of Greater Houston, where he oversaw membership experience, marketing, and strategic partnerships across multiple departments. His combined experience in education and nonprofit management reflects a career dedicated to youth development, service, growth, and impact.
Mr. Hale holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications from Lamar University and is proud to be a Houstonian.
