Southwest Elementary-Bissonnet Campus provides high-quality K-5 education to hundreds of Houston children. Our classrooms offer the latest smart board technology and teachers who care about the student’s success.
Each day our students focus on the core courses – Reading, Math, Science and Social Studies. Students participate in recess and artistic enrichment as well as the National School Lunch Program.
Our campus has a gymnasium, cafeteria, computer lab, library, playground, and even an urban garden where our students get the opportunity to grow their own vegetables.
We offer an after-school program via 21st Century. It includes an academic component, help with homework, exercise, artistic enrichment, and a free snack.
