New TEA Website for Public Comment Process for Proposed Rulemaking




Southwest Schools is pleased to provide our stakeholders with website links provided by the Texas Education Agency that help facilitate public comments in proposed rulemaking.

A public comment is an opportunity for any interested person to submit data, views, or arguments on a proposed rule. The opportunity for public comment is required by state law, Texas Government Code, §2001.029.
